Are you extraordinarily service minded and passionate about giving customers a good experience? Do you speak French fluently? Then you are the person we are looking for in our customer service team. We are busy, and therefore we need more employees with customer service in their blood and strong language skills. 

Aduro is experiencing great success with selling our wood burning stoves, pellet stoves and hybrid stoves, and we have achieved a position as one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of wood burning stoves. Through the last 16 years, more than 400,000 Europeans have bought Aduro stoves to heat their homes. Service, service, service

You will become a part of our customer service team, in which you will handle various tasks every day, e.g. responding to customer inquiries on email and the phone, handling claims, handling orders, assisting our sales team and different ad hoc tasks. Our customers include both installers, dealers and end customers.

Of course, you will receive thorough training in our many products, systems and workflows.

A strong and cooperative team

You will be part of a strong international customer service team of 11 people serving customers throughout all of Europe. Therefore, the corporate language is English. You can always get guidance and professional back-and-forth from your colleagues, and the social cohesion is good. The work atmosphere is characterized by positivity and friendliness.

If you are curious, proactive and ready to learn, there are good opportunities to gain more responsibility with time. 

Our expectations for you

  • You speak and write French fluently and master English to a negotiation level. Danish is an advantage but not required.
  • You can put yourself in the customer’s place and see opportunities when solving the challenges that the customers present to you.
  • You are outgoing, energetic and curious – preferably with a technical flair and interest. Your educational background is not critical to us.
  • You are flexible and can multitask – the pace is high, and there are many things to juggle at once.

We offer a good work atmosphere, an attractive setting, a company lunch programme and an international environment. The position is full-time with hours from 8-16 Monday-Thursday and 8-15:30 on Fridays.
