Broad contact surface internally and externally
Your workday consists of delivering world-class technical support both in-house and externally – in collaboration with your colleagues and specialists from our suppliers. It is essential that you can put yourself in the customer’s place and deliver good service, while speaking a language that everyone understands. In addition, you will plan and execute training in our products, test and validate products and conduct quality control on deliveries. You will also get an opportunity to identify new market opportunities and provide input for product improvements.

Of course, you will get a thorough training in our many products, systems and workflows, while you can always come to your colleagues for help or professional back-and-forth. We would also like to hear your ideas for new ways of doing things. This means that you will be highly involved in building and expanding the technical team. Our expectations for you
- You have a relevant technical background. It’s a plus if you have flair for and interest in mechanial solutions or software and IoT.
- You are systematic, well-structured and can quickly create an overview of technical issues.
- You are a practical DYI type and not afraid of getting your hands dirty.
- You can produce and communicate technical material and information.
- You are service minded and like dialogue with customers and partners.
- You are naturally curious, persistent and full of energy.
- You talk and write English fluently. Other languages are an advantage but not required.
