French-speaking customer supporter with technical interest

Would you like to learn everything there is to know about wood burning, pellet and hybrid stoves? Would you like to be the person our installers and customers contact when they need technical assistance and do you want to use your excellent French language skills every single day? If so, come and join our fantastic customer service team!

We are looking for an energetic, French-speaking customer supporter. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries, primarily from installers and dealers, by telephone and email
  • Handle after-sales cases (answer all product-specific questions)
  • Assisting our sales team

In the position as a customer supporter, you have many daily deadlines – also across the different departments. It is therefore an advantage if you are outgoing and independently seek out solutions. In return, you have a large team around you that will always help and support you.

Do you fit this profile?

You have a distinct service gene, a high personal and professional drive, and a desire to become a true wood burning stove expert. Your educational background is not crucial, but your personal profile is. Additionally, it is a prerequisite that you:

  • Speak and write fluent French and, preferably, Italian.
  • Speak and write English at a basic level which is our corporate language. 
  • Are curious and have both technical understanding and interest.
  • Have experience of working with different systems (you may already be familiar with Microsoft CRM or BC365).
  • Have a good sense of propriety, can read the customer's needs, and adapt your communication accordingly.

We are one of Europe's five largest wood burning stove manufacturers, exporting 90% of our production. Our innovative solutions have earned us patents for several products, and our vision is to continue setting new standards for the market.

We have built a strong company with significant growth, and we are proud to have received the Gazelle Award seven times. In 2024, we were finalists for EY's 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award and won the SME Inspiration Award 2024 in the 'Internationalisation' category in recognition of our international mindset.

In August 2025, we moved into our brand-new headquarters in Viby. Here, we employ around 50 people across six departments. Our team is diverse, comprising younger and older people, men and women, and individuals from many different nationalities. We are good at helping each other with our different skills, even across disciplines and departments.
