
German-speaking customer supporter with drive and strong organisational skills

Are you good at maintaining an overview, coordinating tasks and keeping processes on track? And would you love to use your German skills in your daily work? Then you might be the one we’re looking for to join our fantastic customer service team!
We are looking for an energetic, German-speaking customer supporter. Your daily tasks will include:
- Processing orders and returns, as well as manage shipments to the German market
- Keeping installers and dealers informed about important delivery information
- Answering inquiries from customers, installers and dealers, by telephone and email
- Assisting our sales team
- Handling after-sales cases
In the position as a customer supporter, you have many daily deadlines – also across the different departments. It is therefore an advantage if you are outgoing and independently seek out solutions. In return, you have a large team around you that will always help and support you. If you bring curiosity and a willingness to learn, we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you fit this profile?
You have a strong understanding of systems and processes, a distinct service gene, and a high personal and professional drive. Your educational background is not crucial, but your personal profile is. Additionally, it is a prerequisite that you:
- Speak and write fluent German (perhaps German is even your native language?)
- Speak and write English at a basic level which is our corporate language
- Have solid experience working with various systems (perhaps you are already familiar with Microsoft CRM or BC365?).
- Have a good sense of propriety, can read the customer's needs, and adapt your communication accordingly.
Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience working with EDI.

Aduro develops, manufactures and markets wood burning, pellet and hybrid stoves, as well as bio fireplaces, all of which are designed in a modern Danish style. We are one of Europe's five largest wood burning stove manufacturers, exporting 90% of our production. In August 2025, we moved into our brand-new headquarters in Viby. Here, we employ around 50 people across six departments. Our team is diverse, comprising younger and older people, men and women, and individuals from many different nationalities. We are good at helping each other with our different skills, even across disciplines and departments.

Good to know
This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:30.
